Sample College Resume
Here is a sample
college resume if you
are just out of college and have had no previous work experience. Use
the model
to design your own resume. It is important for you to realize that the
resume
is a very potent tool in your job search and you must use it
appropriately.
Spend a lot of time on it and get it as close to perfection in the
choice of
words, phrases, spellings, factual information etc. The resume is your
one
chance to sell the “best yourself” so please do not
hold back. Use all that you
have in terms of experiences, qualifications, aptitudes, skills etc to
further
your cause. After all you may not get a second chance if you are not
called for
the interview. So the trick is the same as it was when you played for
the high
school team – take it step by step and play each step to the
best of your
ability if you do not want some unexpected surprises.
