Job Interview Questions

Job seekers are always advised to review some job interview questions and prepare answers beforehand. However, there are hundreds, if not thousands of possible interview questions out there on internet. You don't really need to memorize all these questions before you go to an interview. What you do need to know is that, the key to any job interview question is to discover the the employer's real concern behind the question, and then respond by demonstrating your interest, motivation, qualifications and your abilities to fit in the organization (see oursample interview questions and answers).
