Interview Questions

3. Will you fit in the organization?

Tell me about your past relationship with coworkers.
How will you be able to cope with a change environment?
What would your friends tell me about you?
What type of management style do you think is the most effective?

4: Do you have the motivation?

Why do you want to work here?
Tell me what you know about this company?
Why are you leaving your current job?
What do you see yourself in five years?
