Interview Questions To Ask

Preparing some interview questions to ask your interviewers would further demonstrate your interest in the job. In most cases, interviewers will ask you some questions to probe your interest, abilities and motivation, then ask you if you have any questions. Now, you don't just get dumb and say no. Anyway, interview is a two-way street, you should ask question to show you're interested in the job, you've done your homework and want to know more information.

So what should you ask in the interview? In a big picture, ask questions to probe the employer's needs, guide the interviewers through your qualifications, and reveal you as the answer to the employer's needs.

However, Do not ask questions that are clearly answered on the employer's web site and/or in any literature provided by the employer to you in advance. This would simply reveal that you did not prepare for the interview, and you are wasting the employer's time by asking these questions. And never ask about salary and benefits issues until those subjects are raised by the employer.
