They argue that if it goes beyond one page, the potential employer might not read it simply because it will be boring. Well I do not think that, that is true. This is because if from the first page the employer sees that you are worth hiring, the only reason that he will not read beyond the first page is because he will already have been satisfied.

State your salary history on the resume. This is because you stand a chance of being denied an opportunity based on salary alone. When writing a resume, wait until the employer can see that you are worth hiring and then call you for an interview. Do not raise the topic until he brings it up. Also avoid any free resume examples that focus on this. Give reasons for leaving your previous job. You may have left a job and whether you were justified or not, don’t try to give a reason here. This is because your employer can find something that he wants to see and it can be negative. Unfortunately, since you will not be able to properly explain yourself , you will come out as the bad guy.
